resumo "máquina de formação de pneu e método de redobra de impulsão da mesma" a presente invenção proporciona uma máquina de fabricação de pneu e um método de redobra de impulsão. dispositivos de impulsão mecânica nos lados de um tambor de formação proporcionam a cápsula ou a haste de redobra um impulso axial ajudando a completar o processo de redobra total. no método de redobra, a máquina de construção compreende uma camada de correia no tambor acionada pelo chassi do tambor de camada de correia, e um tambor de formação acionado pelo chassi do tambor de formação. um primeiro dispositivo de impulsão é axialmente disposto na porção lateral do tambor de camada de correia, e um segundo dispositivo de impulsão é axialmente disposto na porção lateral do tambor de formação. durante a preparação da matriz do pneu no modo de redobra, o primeiro dispositivo de impulsão e o segundo dispositivo de impulsão impulsionam, em simetria, a cápsula ou a haste de redobra a partir dos dois lados do tambor de formação em direção do centro, e nesse meio tempo impõem o mesmo impulso para ajudar a implementação da operação de redobra.
