Abstract

MÉTODO PARA CONTROLAR UMA PRAGA, E, BIOPESTICIDA. A presente invenção é dirigida à combinação de biopesticida e pelo menos uma enzima de degradação de cutícula exógena (por exemplo, a protease, quitinase, lipase e/ou cutinase) para controlar (prevenir ou eliminar) pragas. O uso de uma enzima de degradação de cutícula exógena aumenta a eficácia do biopesticida por aumento da velocidade e/ou eficácia de infestação da praga resultando em um extermínio ou incapacitação mais rápidos ou mais eficazes da praga pelo biopesticida. A presente invenção consequentemente fornece métodos para controlar uma praga compreendendo tratar um habitat de pragas com uma combinação de quantidades pesticidamente eficazes de pelo menos um biopesticida e pelo menos uma enzima de degradação de cutícula exógena. As composições de controle de pragas são também descritas.
