resumo sistema para monitoramento automatizado de um paciente e detectar delírio do paciente, método para monitorar automaticamente um paciente, processador para utilização em um sistema de monitoramento automático para monitorar um paciente, método de processamento, e programa de computador a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de monitoramento (1, 2, 3) e um método de monitoramento correspondente para monitorar um paciente e detectar delírio do paciente de forma não invasiva sem a necessidade de sensores no corpo. o sistema de monitoramento proposto compreende uma unidade de monitoramento (10) para a obtenção de dados de imagem (30) do paciente ao longo do tempo, uma unidade de análise de imagem (12) para a detecção de eventos de movimento do paciente a partir dos dados de imagem obtidos (30), uma unidade de avaliação (14) para classificar os eventos de movimento detectados em eventos de movimento típico de delírio e eventos de movimento típico de não- delírio, e uma unidade de determinação de delírio (16) para determinar uma pontuação de delírio (32) a partir da duração, intensidade, tipo, localização e/ou a ocorrência de eventos de movimento típico de delírio, a dita pontuação de delírio (32), indicando a probabilidade e/ou força de delírio do paciente. 1/1
