resumo patente de invenção: "lentes de colimação para sistemas de iluminação de led, os sistemas de iluminação de led que incluem as lentes de colimação e/ou os métodos para a fabricação das mesmas". a presente invenção refere-se aos sistemas de iluminação aprimorados e/ou aos métodos de fabricação dos mesmos. em determinadas modalidades de exemplo, um sistema de iluminação inclui um substrato de vidro com uma ou mais aberturas. um led ou outra fonte de luz é disposta em uma extremidade da abertura tal que a luz do led direcionada através da abertura do substrato de vidro sai da extremidade oposta da abertura. as superfícies internas da abertura têm um material de espelho, como prata para refletir a luz emitida a partir do led. em determinadas modalidades de exemplo, um artigo de fósforo remoto ou camada é disposto em oposição ao led na outra extremidade da abertura. em determinada modalidade de exemplo, uma lente é disposta na abertura, entre o artigo de fósforo remoto e o led.
