Abstract

resumo patente de invenção: "broca e dispositivo de perfuração usando a mesma". a presente invenção refere-se a uma broca que aumenta a eficácia de trabalho de perfuração e a precisão da perfuração; e um dispositivo de perfuração que pode coletar resíduos com o uso da broca. uma broca tem uma trajetória de descarga de resíduos (102) formada no interior do corpo de perfuração (101) de modo a se estender ao longo do eixo geométrico. um corpo de tubo de diâmetro grande (101a) que tem um diâmetro aumentado e é interconectado ao corpo de broca (101) com uma seção escalonada (g ou g') fornecida entre os mesmos é fornecido no lado de extremidade de base no corpo de broca (101). os primeiros bolsos de introdução de resíduo (112) conectados à trajetória de descarga de resíduos de corte são fornecidos nas primeiras bordas de corte (110) da ponta do corpo de broca e nas proximidades da mesma. os segundos bolsos de introdução de resíduo (122) conectados à trajetória de descarga de resíduo de corte são fornecidos nas segundas bordas de corte (120) da seção escalonada e nas proximidades da mesma. o dispositivo de perfuração é configurado de tal forma que um mecanismo de coleta de pó (50) seja conectado à extremidade posterior da trajetória de descarga de resíduo de corte (102) do corpo de broca e o corpo de broca (101) seja girado pela fonte de acionamento para perfurar uma peça de trabalho (w), fazendo assim com que o resíduo de corte produzido seja sugado e coletado no mecanismo de coleta de pó (50).
