Abstract

recipiente para a cultura in vitro de material vegetal, por imersão temporária a presente invenção se refere a um recipiente para a cultura in vitro de material vegetal, por imersão temporária, recipiente (1) esse que compreende, por um lado, uma câmara superior (3)m destinada a conter esse material vegetal (m) a cultivar, e uma câmara inferior (4)m destinada a conter um líquido nutritivo (l), assim como um meio (5) para transferir temporariamente pelo menos uma parte desse líquido nutritivo (l) desse câmara inferior (4) para essa câmara superior (3). de acordo com a invenção, a face inferior (3c) da câmara superior (3)m destinada a sustentar esse material vegetal, apresenta uma superfície horizontal (s) compreendida entre 0,02 e 0,07 m2, e a face lateral (3a) da câmara superior (3) apresenta uma altura (h) compreendida entre 40 e 130 mm. essa combinação de características estruturais permite melhorar o acesso à luz e a atividade fotossintética da biomassa, assim como evitar os fenômenos de compactação e de estratificação durante a cultura do material vegetal, para otimizar o desenvolvimento do material vegetal.
