Abstract
dispositivo e processo de extração de material sólido a presente invenção trata de um dispositivo de extração de material sólido no fundo de uma extensão de água, do tipo que compreende um conjunto (22) de retirada de material no fundo (12) da extensão de água (14), uma coluna ascendente (48) de subida do material do material sólido para uma instalação de superfície (26), uma bomba (90), própria para bombear um líquido destinado a fazer subir o material retirado pelo conjunto de retirada (22) na coluna ascendente (48) para a instalação de superfície (26), a bomba (90) que compreende uma entrada de admissão (98) e uma saída de descarga (100) de modo que o dispositivo (10; 130; 230) compreende uma separador (42), destinado a tratar o fluxo de retirada recebido do conjunto de retirada (22) para formar um fluxo rico em material sólido e um fluxo pobre em material sólido, em que o separador (42) compreende uma entrada (64) de injeção do fluxo de retirada, e pelo menos uma saída inferior (76) de evacuação do fluxo rico em material sólido, um tubo flexível a montante (40) que liga o conjunto de retirada (22) ao separador (42), um conduto intermediário (44) que liga a ou cada saída de evacuação (76) de fluxo rico em material sólido e um segmento inferior (109) da coluna ascendente (48), e a saída de descarga (100) da bomba (90) é praticada no segmento inferior (109) da coluna ascendente (48) ou no conduto intermediário (44).
