技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸污车的抽吸装置。
背景技术
目前使用的普通吸污车的抽吸装置对化粪池、河套及鱼塘抽吸作业时，由于化粪池、河套及鱼塘中的污渍物或淤泥密度较大或性质粘稠，部分污渍物或淤泥内含有卫生巾、腐烂树根、草、木等成块成团物质，很容易堵住吸管，导致抽吸作业难度大，工作效率低，能耗大，吸污车抽吸距离短，一般吸污车抽吸河塘淤泥只能抽十几米距离，高度在六米以内，不方便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用方便、工作效率高、抽吸距离远、具有防堵功能的吸污车的抽吸装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明的吸污车的抽吸装置，包括吸管、传动套、电机和破碎刀，所述传动套套装于吸管入口端；所述电机与吸管固定连接且电机转轴与传动套传动连接；所述破碎刀置于吸管入口且与传动套固定连接以与传动套联动。
所述传动套与吸管之间设有滚针。
还包括通气管，所述通气管与吸管固定连接，该通气管的入口与气源联通、出口置于吸管的入口。
所述通气管的出口穿过吸管壁伸入吸管的入口。
还包括操纵杆，所述操纵杆与吸管活动连接。
采用本发明的结构，由于包括，吸管、传动套、电机和破碎刀，使用时，电机转轴联动传动套带动破碎刀旋转搅拌破碎被吸管吸入的块状或纤维状物质吸入管内，如硬块淤泥、卫生巾、腐烂树根、草木等硬块、成团物质，破碎后的卫生巾、腐烂树根、草木等物质及淤泥的颗粒小、密度小，很容易被吸管吸入，不会堵住吸管，吸管吸入污渍物或淤泥很流畅，吸污车抽吸距离可达到几十米，抽吸深度可达12米以上，吸污车抽吸距离长，耗能小，工作效率高，使用方便。
由于还包括通气管，所述通气管与吸管固定连接，该通气管的入口与气源联通、出口置于吸管的入口，使用时，气源在气管内注入气体后，气体在吸管的入口冲散、气化吸管吸入污渍物或淤泥，减小了污渍物或淤泥的密度，污渍物或淤泥更容易被吸管吸入，吸污车抽吸距离更长，耗能更小，工作效率更高，使用更方便。
由于，还包括操纵杆，所述操纵杆与吸管活动连接，使用时，操纵杆用于位移吸管的入口，可在岸边控制吸管的入口位移，无需下河移动吸管的入口，操作更简单，使用更方便。

如图1所示，本发明的吸污车的抽吸装置，包括吸管1、传动套6、电机7和破碎刀5。传动套6套装于吸管1入口端。传动套6与吸管1之间可以采用滚针4连接，也可以采用其它常用的轴承连接方式连接。电机7与吸管1固定连接。电机转轴与传动套6可以采用蜗轮蜗杆传动连接，也可以采用齿轮传动连接，还可以采用其它常用的传动连接方式连接。破碎刀5置于吸管1入口且与传动套6固定连接，用于电机7传动传动套6联动破碎刀5旋转破碎被吸管1吸入的块状或条状物质。
为了吸污车抽吸距离更长，耗能更小，工作效率更高，使用更方便，还包括通气管3。通气管3与吸管1固定连接，该通气管3的入口与气源联通、出口置于吸管1的入口。通气管3的出口可以穿过吸管1壁伸入吸管1的入口，也可以通过其它方式将通气管3的出口置于吸管1的入口。使用时，气源在气管内注入气体后，气体在吸管的入口冲散、气化吸管吸入污渍物或淤泥，减小了污渍物或淤泥的密度，污渍物或淤泥更容易被吸管吸入，吸污车抽吸距离更长，耗能更小，工作效率更高，使用更方便。
为了操作更简单，使用更方便，还包括操纵杆2，操纵杆2与吸管1活动连接。使用时，操纵杆用于位移吸管的入口，可在岸边控制吸管的入口位移，无需下河移动吸管的入口，操作更简单，使用更方便。

Claims (5)

1.一种吸污车的抽吸装置，其特征在于：包括吸管（1）、传动套（6）、电机（7）和破碎刀（5），所述传动套（6）套装于吸管（1）入口端；所述电机（7）与吸管（1）固定连接且电机转轴与传动套（6）传动连接；所述破碎刀（5）置于吸管（1）入口且与传动套（6）固定连接以与传动套联动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸污车的抽吸装置，其特征在于：所述传动套（6）与吸管（1）之间设有滚针（4）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸污车的抽吸装置，其特征在于：还包括通气管（3），所述通气管（3）与吸管（1）固定连接，该通气管（3）的入口与气源联通、出口置于吸管（1）的入口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的吸污车的抽吸装置，其特征在于：所述通气管（3）的出口穿过吸管（1）壁伸入吸管（1）的入口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸污车的抽吸装置，其特征在于：还包括操纵杆（2），所述操纵杆（2）与吸管（1）活动连接。
