Abstract

Sistema e método para arrumação de produtos industriais assimétricos. A presente invenção trata de um sistema para empilhar ou arranjar qualquer produto industrial assimétrico tendo uma extremidade dianteira e uma extremidade traseira, distinguíveis, tal como uma luva. Mais especificamente, um sistema de empilhar ou arranjar e métodos possibilitando empilhamento ou arranjo bidirecional uma sobre a outra para embalagem ou propósitos semelhantes de tal produto industrial assimétrico tendo uma extremidade dianteira e uma extremidade traseira, distinguíveis, tal como uma luva. O sistema para tal empilhamento ou arranjo bidirecional envolvendo basicamente uma unidade transportadora de alimentação tendo um par de transportadores de alimentação (2, 3) dispostos abaixo de um transportador de um processo de fabricação (1) o qual pode ser usado para empilhar diferentes elementos/objetos de embalagem, assimétricos, tais como luvas tendo extremidade dianteira e extremidade traseira, distinguíveis, sobre o membro/prateleira de coleta (10, 12) de uma maneira bidirecional. Opcionalmente e vantajosamente, o aparelho de empilhamento proposto inclui um meio de oscilação acionado por sensor conectado de forma operativa com o par de transportadores de alimentação para acionar o transportador de alimentação em movimento do tipo pêndulo e para facilitar o empilhamento bidirecional do elemento de empilhamento sobre um membro/prateleira de coleta. O avanço é assim orientado para prover um sistema automatizado para empilhamento bidirecional de elementos/objetos de embalagem, assimétricos, tal como luvas para garantir arranjo otimizado dos estoques para embalagem e semelhante e uma distribuição uniforme do peso dos objetos empilhados tal como quando embalados em uma caixa de papelão e semelhante.
