Abstract

processo para enriquecer um mineral de ferro a partir de um minério de ferro contendo silicato, composição de coleta e uso de uma composição a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para enriquecer um mineral de ferro a partir de um minério de ferro contendo silicato pela flutuação reversa de espuma do minério utilizando uma composição de coleta compreendendo a) um composto da fórmula r^ 1^o-a-nh(ch~ 2~) ~ n~nh~ 2~ (i), em que r^ 1^ é um grupo hidrocarbila linear ou ramificado com 12-15 átomos de carbono, a é um grupo -ch~ 2~chxch~ 2~-, em que x é hidrogênio ou um grupo hidroxila, e n é um número 2-6; b) um composto da fórmula r^ 2^nh~ 2~ (ii), onde r^ 2^ é um grupo hidrocarbila tendo 12-14 átomos de carbono; c) um composto da fórmula r^ 3^nh~ 2~ (iii), em que r^ 3^ é um grupo hidrocarbila linear ou ramificado, saturado ou insaturado tendo 16-22 átomos de carbono; e d) opcionalmente um agente depressivo para o minral de ferro, em que a quantidade de a) é pelo menos 65% em peso, com base no peso total de a), b) e c), e no máximo 90% em peso, com base no peso total de a), b) e c), e em que a relação de peso entre c) e b) é:1 a 1:1.
