exame de suplementos eficientes e efetivos para o desenvolvimento de meio quimicamente definido em cultura de células. a presente invenção refere-se aos métodos de selecionar e desenvolver um meio quimicamente definido ("cdm") para uso na manufatura de produtos biológicos. em particular, a presente invenção é dirigida aos métodos de exame para determinar as combinações de suplementos do meio de técnica de cultura de células com características de desempenho aumentadas. a presente invenção é também dirigida a identificar combinações de suplementos de cdm que demonstrem aumentos significativos no título de coleta e/ou na densidade de células viáveis.
