ligante para ser utilizado em um sistema de liberação de fármaco, composto compreendendo um ligante, uso de um composto, sistema de liberação controlada e método para preparar um sistema de liberação controlada a presente invenção refere-se a uma classe específica de ligantes biodegradáveis, garantindo conjugação transitoriamente estável de blocos de construção e/ou de compostos bioativos em sistemas de liberação de fármaco ( dds) , tais como dds baseados em micelas ou hidrogéis poliméricos. além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a compostos, compreendendo ditos ligantes , e especialmente ditos ligantes biodegradáveis, em um sistema de liberação de fármaco. além disso, a invenção refere-se a um sistema de liberação controlada compreendendo uma matriz polimérica, capaz de liberar um ingrediente ativo, sendo que o ingrediente ativo é covalentemente ligado às moléculas de polímero da matriz polimérica através de di tos ligantes, bem como a um método para sintetizar esses ligantes e preparar tais sistemas de liberação controlada.
