Abstract
bactéria, e, método para produzir um l-aminoácido - a presente invenção fornece um método para produzir l-aminoácidos, tais como l-arginina, l-citrulina, e l-lisina, usando uma bactéria da família enterobacteriaceare, particularente uma bactéria que pertence ao gênero escherichia ou pantoea, que foi modificada para atenuar a expressão de um ou mais genes selecionadas do grupo que consiste dos genes pepa, pepb, e pepd.
