Abstract
SISTEMA DE FORMAÇÃO DE IMAGEM DE AUTOFOCO PARA UM MICROSCÓPIO, MÉTODO PARA FORMAÇÃO DE IMAGEM DE AUTOFOCO DE UM MICROSCÓPIO, MEIO LEGÍVEL POR COMPUTADOR, E ELEMENTO DE PROGRAMA PARA FORMAÇÃO DE IMAGEM DE AUTOFOCO DE UM MICROSCÓPIO. A presente invenção se refere ao campo de patologia digital e, em especial, aos scanners de lâmina integral. Formação de imagem de autofoco pode ser executada por amostragem de um primeiro número de pixels de um sensor de imagem primária e amostragem de um segundo número de pixels de um sensor de imagem de autofoco, em que o segundo número está entre um quarto e três quartos do primeiro número. Dessa maneira, autofoco contínuo para escaneamento de luz rápido pode ser provido com base em um sensor de imagem adicional que é inclinado em relação ao eixo óptico.
