identificação e/ou caracterização de um agente microbiano usando classificação hierárquico classificação hierárquica taxonômica. trata-se de um método para a identificação e/ou a caracterização de um agente microbiano presente em uma amostra que inclui uma etapa de dados de teste analítico (por exemplo, obter valores de fluorescência intrínsecos ao longo de uma faixa de comprimentos de onda emissão) do agente microbiano. os dados de teste analítico são trabsformados, minimizando, assim as variações cepa a cepa dentro de um grupo de organismos. com o auxílio de um computador programado, um algoritmo de classificação multimível codificado como um conjunto de instruções de processamento opera nos dados de teste analítico transformados. os múltiplos níveis correspondem a diferentes níveis em uma hierarquia taxonômica para agentes microbianos suspeitos de estarem na amostra.
