método e aparelho para recuperar energia em um enchimento a quente de um produto alimentício líquido a invenção se refere a um método e um aparelho para recuperar energia no enchimento a quente de um produto alimentício líquido. o produto é tratado a quente em uma primeira seção (5) de um permutador de calor (4) e é mantido nessa temperatura durante um certo intervalo de tempo. a temperatura do produto é adaptada à temperatura de enchimento a quente em uma segunda seção (8) do permutador de calor (4). o produto é enchido a quente em uma máquina de preencher (10) e o produto excedente da máquina de enchimento (10) é refrigerado em uma quarta seção (15) do permutador de calor (4). o produto excedente é refrigerado em uma terceira seção (12) do permutador de calor (4) e reciclado para produção.
