Abstract

resumo patente de invenção: "método e aparelho para adicionar vapor d'água para processo de pré-tratamento de explosão de vapor d'água". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para tratar matéria-prima de biomassa celulósica que inclui: alimentar a matéria-prima a uma entrada superior de um vaso de reator vertical, em que a matéria-prima é depositada em uma pilha de matéria-prima dentro do vaso de reator vertical; adicionar energia térmica para aquecer a matéria-prima injetando-se vapor d'água a uma região superior do vaso de reator vertical; propulsionar a matéria-prima através de uma saída em uma região inferior do vaso de reator vertical injetando-se vapor d'água na biomassa na saída de fundo, próximo ou depois da mesma, do vaso de reator vertical, e mover a matéria-prima propulsionada através de um dispositivo de expansão, tal como um dispositivo de explosão de vapor d'água, para submeter a matéria-prima a um processo de explosão de vapor d'água.
