dispositivo de quantificação da desgaseificação de um equipamento colocado em um compartimento de vácuo. a presente invenção refere-se ao dispositivo de quantificação da desgaseificação de um equipamento colocado em um compartimento de vácuo, que comporta uma l|âmina metálica (10) em material ferromagnético, comportando uma extremidade fixa (11) e uma extremidade livre (12), a lâmina sendo munida de um dispositivo de resfriamento (13) e de um dispositivo de medida de sua temperatura intrínseca (14,22), um eletroímã (15) de excitação da lâmina (10), um captador de medida (16,17) da excitação da extremidade livre (12) da lâmina ligado a um dispositivo de acondicionamento do sinal (31), comportando um dispositivo de aquisição (20) das medidas e de cálculo (21) de pelo menos uma frequência de oscilação da extremidade livre da lâmina, o dispositivo de aquisição e de cálculo (20,21) sendo ligado a um dispositivo (24) de cálculo de uma densidade surfácica de uma massa depositada sobre a lâmina.
