Abstract
método e aparelho para esterificação de ácido graxo livre em óleo natural. a presente invenção refere-se a um método de esterificação de ácido graxo livre em óleo natural que compreende aquecer o óleo natural (2) a uma primeira temperarura acima de uma temperatura de reação, alimentar o óleo natural aquecido em um reator de tubo resistente a ácido (5), fornecer uma mistura de catalisador de ácido (6) e álcool de cadeia curta (8) em uma segunda temperatura abaixo da temperatura de reação, e alimentar a mistura de catalisador de ácido e álcool de cadeia curta no óleo natural no reator de tubo (5). o álcool de cadeia curta e o a´cido graxo livre reagem na temperatura de reação para formar um éster.
