Abstract
patente de invenção: " cartucho para processamento de amostra e método de processar e/ou analisar uma amostra sob força centrífuga". a presente invenção refere-se a um cartucho para processamento de amostra (10) para realizar processamento sob força centrífuga que atua em no mínimo duas direções, quando a orientação do cartucho em relação à força centrífuga é mudada; o cartucho compreendendo uma primeira cavidade (18) adaptada para conter uma amostra, uma segunda cavidade (22) em comunicação direta com a primeira cavidade, no qual a primeira e segunda cavidades são arranjadas de tal modo que a amostra na primeira cavidade é movida a partir dela para a segunda cavidade quando uma força centrífuga que atua sobre o cartucho é mudada de uma primeira direção (30) para uma segunda direção (36), a primeira cavidade é alongada perpendicular à força centrífuga que atua na primeira direção e a segunda cavidade é mais rasa do que a primeira cavidade e mais estendida na direção da força centrífuga que atua na segunda direção do que a primeira cavidade é estendida na direção da força centrífuga que atua na primeira direção. a presente invenção também refere-se a um método de processar e/ou analisar uma amostra sob força centrífuga.
