"composição e método para o tratamento e/ou a prevenção de uma doença ocular relacionada à angiogênese" a invenção diz respeito em geral a composições e métodos de tratamento e4/ou prevenção de doenças oculares relacionadas à angiogênese usando baixas doses de variantes de rodostomina e, em particular, baixas doses de uma proteína de fusão que compreende um variante dce rodostomina,em que o variante de rodostomina é conjugado com um variante de albumina sérica humana (hsa0, onde o resíduo de cisteína na posição 34 da sequência de aminoácidos de hsa foi substituído por serina.
