Abstract

TALÃO DE PNEU PARA VEÍCULO PESADO TIPO ENGENHARIA CIVIL A invenção refere-se a melhorar a resistência dos talãos de um pneu radial para veículos pesados tipo engenharia civil, bloqueando as fissuras que são iniciadas na zona da extremidade final da reversão da estrutura da carcaça e se propagam em torno dos materiais poliméricos resultando na duração da degradação do talão, conforme a invenção, um elemento de ondulação (23), constituídos de pelo menos duas camadas de ondulação constituídas de elementos de reforço em material têxtil, está em contacto contínuo com a reversão da estrutura de carcaça (211) entre um primeiro ponto de contato (A2) sobre a face axialmente interior (211a) reversão da estrutura da carcaça, o que corresponde a uma primeira extremidade (I2) do elemento de ondulação, e um último ponto de contato (B2) sobre a face axialmente exterior (211b) da reversão da estrutura de carcaça.
