composição farmacêutica tópica, preservativo, composto, e, uso do mesmo. a presente invenção é dirigida para uma composição farmacêutica tópica que compreende um composto de fórmula (i), como hidroxitirosol, ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável, solvato, pró-fármaco ou isômero do mesmo, e um veículo farmaceuticamente aceitável fórmula (i) em que r1, r2 e r3 recebem valores diferentes, e o uso da referida composição como medicamento na prevenção de doenças sexualmente transmissíveis (dsts), como infecção pelo hiv.
