Abstract
método e sistema para determinar uma estimativa do apoio topológico de uma estrutura tubular e sua utilização em endoscopia virtual. um método para se determinar uma estimativa de um suporte topológico de uma estrutura com base tubular compreendendo uma parede interior e uma pluralidade de regiões distintas, o método compreendendo : (a) a obtenção de imagem representativa de dados da estrutura de base tubular, (b) a colocação um asemente inicial em uma região inicial selecionada a partir de uma das regiões distintas; (c) formar uma região inicial crescendo até uma área inicial resultante que compreende pelo menos uma porção da parede interior e pelo menos uma porção de uma região limítrofe correspondente a uma das regiões distintas; (d) crescer a partir de uma árvore compreendedo um nó da árvore inicial correspondente à região inicial, (e) para cada região limítrofe: colocar uma semente subsequente na região limítrofe; formar uma região correspondente subsequente crescendo até uma área posterior resultante que compreende pelo menos uma porção da parede interior e pelo menos uma porção de uma região adicional vizinha; e adicionar um nó da árvore correspondente à região limítrofe na árvore; (f) realizar a etapa de processamento (e) para cada uma das regiões vizinhas adicionais e (g) a filtragem da árvore de acordo com parâmetros topológicos pré-determinados para, desse modo, determinar a estimativa do suporte topológico da estrutura com base tubular. aplicações do método para estimar uma topologia de cólon para colonoscopia virtual são também apresentados.
