Abstract
um método de fabricação de um molde de olho de mariposa da presente invenção inclui as etapas de: (a) proporcionar um filme de alumínio (18) depositado em uma base, o filme de alumínio (18) tendo uma espessura de não menos que 0.5 um e não mais que 5 um, uma superfície (18s) do filme de alumínio (18) tendo uma pluralidade de grãos de cristal (18a) cujo diâmetro de grão de cristal é não menos que 200 nm e não mais que 5 um: (b) depois da etapa (a), anodizar a superfície do filme de alumínio para formar uma camada de alumina porosa (14) que tem uma pluralidade de partes rebaixadas mínimas (14p); e (c) depois da etapa (b), colocar a camada de alumina porosa em contato com uma solução corrosiva, alargando assim a pluralidade de partes rebaixadas mínimas de camada de alumina porosa. a presente invenção proporciona um método de facilmente fabricar um molde que seja a fabricação de um filme anti-reflexo no qual uma estrutura de olho de mariposa é sobreposta sobre uma estrutura anti-reflexo.
