Abstract

partes com diferentes acabamentos de superfície e o procedimento para obter as mesmas. a invenção se refere a peças que são produzidas por meio de sinterização e que têm áreas de acabamento de superfície bem diferenciadas que inclui áreas ásperas resultantes do processo de sinterização, a aspereza sendo determinada pelo tamanho de grão usado em sinterização, e áreas polidas que foram submetidas a um processo de usinagem tridimensional. após obter um arquivo que contém uma representação da peça a ser produzida, o método compreende: selecionar as partes a seres crescidas: produzir a peça por meio de sinterização; e subsequentemente submeter a peça ou peças a geração de programação automática, semi-automática ou dirigida de modo que, por meio de usinagem, as partes crescidas são reduzidas. consequentemente a peça resultante é econômica em termos de custos e exibe um muito alto grau de precisão nas áreas usinadas, um tolerância 9, e acabamento melhorado, textura e acabamento nas áreas sensíveis da peça.
