Abstract

dispositivo sensível ao toque. trata-se de um método para gerar uma sensação háptica de apertar um teclado em um sistema acoplado que compreende uma superfície sensível ao toque e um excitador de força ou acionador acoplado à superície sensível ao toque. o método compreende gerar um sinal de onda portadora em frequências dentro da largura de banda de frequência do sistema acoplado, modular o sinal de onda portadora com um envelope de modulação de modo que o sinal modulado de onda portadora tenha um par proximamente espaçado de picos, e acionar o excitador ou acionador com o sinal modulado de onda portadora para excitar a superfície sensível ao toque e fornecer um par proximamente espaçado de impulsos, onde a sensação háptica de apertar um teclado é simulada para um usuário que toca a superfície sensível ao toque.
