Abstract
dispositivo de hemostasia de compósito em camadas. a presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura compósita hemostática tendo um substrato de tecido ou não tecido bioabsorvível que tem pelo menos duas áreas de superfícies principais opostas uma à outra eum filme à base de polímero não poroso e contínuo que é laminado em uma superfície principal do dito substrato. o substrato de tecido bioabsorvível pode ser um polissacarídeo oxidado e/ou o substrato de não tecido pode ser feito de polímeiros não derivados de celulose bioabsorvíveis. o filme à base de polímero não poroso e contínuo pode ser um polímero bioabsorvível. a presente invenção refere-se também a um método para fornecer hemostasia pela aplicação deuma estrutura compósita conforme descrita aqui em um local de ferimento que precisa de um dispositivo hemostático, sendo que uma superfície principal do substrato sem a camada de filme é aplicada no local do ferimento.
