Abstract

micro-carreador para dispensação de droga. um método de dispensação de drogas é descrito. um micro-carreador dispensa uma droga encapsulada diretamente para locais marcados sem interações significantes com outros componentes no sistema biológico. em uma modalidade, um micro-carreador é primeiro dispensado a uma área geral para tratamento. ele então escaneia a área e seletivamente se afixa para local de célula ou localização de órgão a ser tratados. finalmente a droga desejada contida no micro-carreador é liberada para o local afixado. em outra modalidade, um micro-dispositivo é primeiro usado para processar a área geral para intensificar diferenciação em propriedades entre células e células não saudáveis. droga é encapsulada no micro-carreador para preferencialmente afixar nos locais marcados.finalmente,droga é liberada do micro-carreador dentro dos locais. tais micro-careadores preferencialmente contêm múltiplas funções compreendidas de pelo menos dois de: sensoriamento,análise,processo lógico,tratamento de face,detecção de posição, movimento, injeção, dispensação, funções de corte, funções de remoção, biodegradação e desintegração.
