Abstract
disposição aplicada em palmilha de montagem para calçados a presente invenção pertence ao setor tecnológico calçadista, e se refere, mais especificamente, a uma nova disposição na estrutura de palmilha de montagem (1) para calçados. assim, visando conforto para os usuários, bem como a melhor distribuição de cargas concentradas sob ao calçado, a presente patente de invenção apresenta uma disposição construtiva em palmilha de montagem para calçados (1), especialmente calçados de salto alto, que dispõe essencialmente de uma peça injetada (2) com área de apoio reforçada (7) e orifícios para aplicação do salto (5). dito reforço estrutural é alcançado através de nervuras de reforço (8), nervura central (6) e nervuras transversais (9). além disso, dita disposição ainda compreende de uma parte frontal (3) que apresenta uma construtividade que facilita a colagem à peça injetada (2) e a montagem dos calçados. ademais, a peça injetada (2) pode ser fabricada por meio de processo de injeção plástica, e produzida essencialmente de material polimérico rígido, preferencialmente polipropileno com fibra de vidro, enquanto que a parte frontal (3) é constituída de material polimérico flexível, de mesmo modo preferencialmente de polipropileno.
