promotor induzível por medicamento e método de indução da expressão gênica utilizando o mesmo. a presente invenção refere-se a um promotor induzível por medicamento que pode ser utilizado para plantas de cana de açúcar e plantas com estas relacionadas. tal promotor induzível por medicamento compreende um polinucleotídeo que compreende uma primeira sequência de nucleotídeo que possui 90% ou mais de identidade com a sequência de nucleotídeo como apresentada na seq id no: 1, uma segunda sequência de nucleotídeo que possui 90% ou mais de identidade com a sequência de nucleotídeo como apresentada na seq id no: 2, uma terceira sequência de nucleotídeo que possui 90% ou mais de identidade com a sequência de nucleotídeo como apresentada na seq id no: 3, uma quarta sequência de nucleotídeo que possui 90% ou mais de identidade com a sequência de nucleotídeo como apresentada na seq id no: 4 e uma quinta sequência de nucleotídeo que possui 90% ou mais de identidade com a sequência de nucleotídeo como apresentada na seq id no: 5, em uma tal ordem a partir do lado terminal 3' para o lado terminal 5'.
