Abstract
método para fabricação de uma árvore de cames montada especialmente para motores de combustão interna controlados por válvula, dispositivo, especialmente para usinagem da superfície de curso de discos excêntricos para árvores de cames montadas e/ou para realização de um método, e aplicação do método. a invenção diz respeito a um método para fabricação de uma árvore de cames montada (1) especialmente para motores de combustão interna controlados por válvula, no qual pelo menos um disco excêntrico (3) com região circular básica e região excêntrica é usinado na superfície de curso e possui um recesso de disco excêntrico (3a), especialmente uma perfuração, por meio do qual o disco excêntrico (3) é desbastado em um eixo (2) configurado com uma sobreposição dimensional definida, é desbastado especialmente pelo resfriamento do eixo (2) e pelo aquecimento do disco excêntrico (3). de acordo com a invenção, prove-se que o pelo menos um disco excêntrico (3), temporalmente antes de ser desbastado no eixo (2), seja apertado de tal maneira por meio de um torno (4; 8), que uma força de tensão atua na região da parede do recesso (3b) que define o recesso de disco excêntrico (3a) do disco excêntrico (3), força esta que corresponde, numa extensão pré-determinada, ao estado de estresse e/ou de deformação da região da parede do recesso (3b) após o processo de desbastamento do disco excêntrico (3) no eixo (2) correspondente, e pelo fato de que a usinagem de superfície de curso do pelo menos um disco excêntrico (3) ocorre no estado tensionado por meio do torno (4; 8). além disso, a invenção diz respeito a um dispositivo.
