"método para negociação de solicitações de modificação de trajetória de tráfego aéreo recebidas de múltiplas aeronaves e sistema para realizar o método" 5 trata-se de métodos e sistemas adequados para negociar solicitações de modificação de trajetória de tráfego aéreo recebidas de múltiplas aeronaves que têm, cada uma, parâmetros de trajetória. os métodos incluem transmitir a partir de pelo menos uma primeira aeronave uma primeira solicitação de modificação de trajetória para alterar a altitude, velocidade e/ou 10 rota lateral da mesma. uma primeira avaliação de conflito é, então, realizada para determinar se a primeira solicitação de modificação de trajetória representa um conflito com as altitudes, velocidades e rotas laterais de outra aeronave. se um conflito não é identificado, a primeira solicitação de modificação de trajetória é concedida e a primeira aeronave é notificada da 15 primeira solicitação de modificação de trajetória sendo concedida. alternativamente, se um conflito é identificado, a primeira solicitação de modificação de trajetória não é concedida e a primeira aeronave é notificada da mesma. se a primeira solicitação de modificação de trajetória não foi concedida, a primeira solicitação de modificação de trajetória é posicionada em 20 uma fila, a qual é periodicamente processada para realizar avaliações de conflito subsequentes.
