Abstract

"PNEUMáTICO PARA AVIãO" A invenção se refere a um pneumático para avião, cuja pressão de inflação é superior a 9 bars e cuja flecha é superior a 30 %, que compreende um topo, dois flancos e dois frisos, uma armadura de carcaça ancorada nos dois frisos e uma armadura de topo, no qual a armadura de carcaça compreende pelo menos um alinhamento circunferencial de elementos de reforço e no qual os meios de ancoragem dos ditos elementos de reforço em cada friso compreendem elementos de reforço orientados circunferencialmente que orlam axialmente os ditos alinhamentos circunferenciais dos ditos elementos de reforço da armadura de carcaça, os ditos elementos de reforço da armadura de carcaça e os ditos elementos de reforço orientados circunferencialmente sendo separados por uma mistura borrachosa de ligação de módulo de elasticidade muito alto. De acordo com a invenção, os ditos elementos de reforço orientados circunferencialmente são cabos que apresentam uma aptidão à penetração compreendida entre 80 e 100 %, a força de ruptura dos ditos cabos sendo superior a 150 daN e os ditos cabos apresentando um alongamento na ruptura superior a 4 %.
