Abstract

"APARELHO PARA FORMAR ARTIGOS DE PLáSTICO MOLDADOS POR INJEçãO E MéTODO DE ABRIR E FECHAR UM MOLDE DIVìSIVEL EM UM APARELHO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO". Um aparelho para a formação de artigos de plástico moldados por injeção compreende um molde divisível (5, 7) tendo uma ferramenta de molde interna (5) e duas ferramentas de molde externa (7). O aparelho ainda compreende um cubo girante (4) que suporta a ferramenta de molde interna (5). A ferramenta de molde interna (5) é disposta para ser movida pelo cubo (4) em um movimento essencialmente circular para dentro e para fora de uma cavidade do molde encerrada pelas ferramentas de molde externa (7). Dispositivos para abrir e fechar as ferramentas de molde externas (7) são previstos para deslocar as ferramentas de molde externas (7) em uma primeira direção radial (R) e em uma segunda direção perpendicular (P), movendo as ferramentas de molde externas (7) de forma que seus eixos geométricos centrais (C) coincidam através da totalidade do deslocamento. Um processo de abrir e fechar um molde divisível em um aparelho de moldagem por injeção é também apresentado.
