Abstract
"MéTODOS DE SEPARAR ìONS MULTIVALENTES E ìONS DE LACTATO DE UM CALDO DE FERMENTAçãO". A invenção diz respeito a um método de separar íons multivalentes e íons de lactato de um caldo de fermentação que compreende um sal de lactato de íon multivalente, por utilização de um aparelho de eletrodiálise ou eletrólise, compreendendo as etapas de introduzir o caldo, no qual a concentração de íon multivalente é pelo menos 0,1 mol/l a concentração de íon de lactato é menos do que 300 g/l, e menos do que 10 % em mol do íon de lactato são outros íons carregados negativamente, em um primeiro compartimento do aparelho de eletrodiálise ou eletrólise, compartimento este que é limitado por uma membrana seletiva para ânions ou não-seletiva e um cátodo, e em que o íon multivalente é convertido para obter uma corrente residual compreendendo o hidróxido do íon multivalente, e o íon de lactato é transportado através da membrana seletiva para ânions ou não-seletiva para um segundo compartimento limitado pela membrana seletiva para ânions ou não-seletiva e um ânodo, após o que o íon de lactato é neutralizado para o ácido láctico.
