Abstract

"MéTODO, E DISPOSITIVO, DE DETERMINAçãO DE FASE DE PEçA PARA MáQUINAS-FERRAMENTAS COM FUSOS-MESTRES". Na fase de ajuste de uma peça (W), a operação de montagem/ desmontagem de uma ferramenta de referência em um fuso-mestre (6) se torna desnecessária obtendo-se, assim, espaço de armazenamento da ferramenta de referência e, além disso, dispõem-se de modo que a força sobre a peça (W) não atue diretamente sobre o fuso-mestre (6) no momento deste ajuste de fase. Em uma máquina-ferramenta em que um alojamento (7) de fuso-mestre, suportando o fuso-mestre (6) especificamente dirigido para rotação sozinho, é suportado para movimento paralelo em direções ortogonais de três eixos (XYZ) por um mecanismo de controle numérico (4), na determinação de fase para a peça (W), ela é alimentada-girada em torno de um eixo específico (S), é disposta com um bloco de referência (9) fixado no alojamento do fuso-mestre (7), a peça (W) é alimentada-girada em torno do eixo específico (S) de modo entrar em contato com a seção de referência de fase (W1) da peça contra o bloco de referência (9), assim encontrando a extensão de alimentação-rotação da peça no momento deste contato.
