Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA DEPOSITAR REVESTIMENTO DE PLASMA SOBRE UM RECIPIENTE". A presente invenção descreve um método e um aparelho para revestir com plasma a superfície interna de um recipiente para prover uma barreira efetiva contra transmissão de gás. O método provê um modo para depositar rapidamente e uniformemente camadas muito finas e aproximadamente sem defeitos sobre a superfície interna de um recipiente para alcançar um aumento de ordem de magnitude em propriedades de barreira.
