Abstract

"SISTEMA DE EPOXIDAçãO COM REATORES DE LEITO FIXO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de um composto oxirânico pela reação de uma olefina com um reagente hidroperóxido, na presença de um catalisador sólido de epoxidação, onde os reagentes olefina e hidroperóxido reagem primeiramente em pelo menos dois reatores de leito fixo envolvidos com catalisador fresco, sendo a olefina alimentada serialmente para os ditos reatores, e o reagente hidroperóxido sendo alimentado em paralelo aos ditos reatores, e depois disso, o efluente do reator passa do último dos ditos reatores para pelo menos um outro reator de leito fixo envolvido com catalisador de epoxidação que foi desativado pelo menos parcialmente.
