Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA VáLVULA DE ESTRANGULAMENTO EM UMA TUBULADURA DE VáLVULA DE ESTRANGULAMENTO CONTìNUA". A presente invenção refere-se a em uma primeira etapa uma ranhura anelar periférica (3) é feita na tubuladura de válvula de estrangulamento (2). Em seguida, uma primeira matriz (4) e uma segunda matriz (5) são introduzidas na tubuladura de válvula de estrangulamento (2), e um primeiro material sintético é introduzido em estado derretido em um primeiro espaço oco (6) cilíndrico, lá sendo solidificado. Nisso, forma-se uma peça intercalada de material sintético (10). Em seguida, a primeira matriz (4) e a segunda matriz (5) são retiradas da tubuladura de válvula de estrangulamento (2), e uma terceira matriz (11) e uma quarta matriz (12) são introduzidas na tubuladura de válvula de estrangulamento (2). Entre elas forma-se um segundo espaço oco (14) que é preenchido com um segundo material sintético, formando assim a válvula de estrangulamento (1) que durante o esfriamento é fixado por meio de um processo de contração no eixo da válvula de estrangulamento (15).
