Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA REGULAR DE MANEIRA SELETIVA A VAZãO DE UM FLUIDO, SISTEMA DE INFUSãO PARA DISTRIBUIR VAZõES SELECIONáVEIS DE UM LìQUIDO TERAPêUTICO A UM PACIENTE, E, DISPOSITIVO PARA REGULAR O ESCOAMENTO DE UM LìQUIDO A PARTIR DE UMA FONTE PRESSURIZADA". Um dispositivo para regular a vazão de um fluido inclui uma carcaça que contém uma pluralidade de condutos de escoamento que conectam diretamente uma entrada e uma saída, cada um dos condutos de escoamento compreendendo um tubo de controle de escoamento (310, 312, 314) e um tubo de oclusão compressivel de maneira resiliente (316, 318, 320), no qual os tubos de controle de escoamento são de diâmetro interno substancialmente igual. Cada um dos tubos de controle de escoamento tem um comprimento associado com uma vazão diferente. Um elemento resiliente de bloqueio de escoamento (212a, 212b, 212c) é associado operacionalmente com cada um dos tubos de oclusão e é móvel em uma compressão de bloqueio de escoamento contra seu tubo de oclusão associado. Um mecanismo de atuação (206) na carcaga é operável: a) para engatar e mover de maneira seletiva um ou mais dos elementos de bloqueio de escoamento para a compressão de bloqueio de escoamento contra seu tubo de oclusão associado e b) para ser desengatado de maneira seletiva de qualquer dos elementos de bloqueio de escoamento.
