"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA APLICAçãO DE UMA ESTIMULAçãO ELETRO-MUSCULAR VARIáVEL E DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA APLICAçãO DE UMA ESTIMULAçãO ELETRO-MUSCULAR". Método para aplicação de uma estimulação eletro-muscular (SEM) variável a uma pessoa que se exercita inclui uma correia (120) tendo uma pluralidade de eletrodos (140 152) colocados em torno do abdomen no músculo reto do abdómen e nos oblíquos.
