Abstract
"MATERIAL PARA ELETRóLITO DE COMPóSITO MOLECULAR, MéTODO PARA FABRICAR O MESMO, BATERIA, E, ELETRóLITO CERâMICO POLIMéRICO SóLIDO COMPóSITO". Um eletrólito com base polimérica compósito molecular sólido e produzido para baterias, em que a composição de silicato produz um polímero eletrolítico com uma estrutura de condensado de silicato semi-rígida, e depois a estabilização mecânica por radiação da superfície externa do material em compósito é feita para formar uma textura durável e não pegajosa sobre o eletrólito. A radiação ultravioleta preferida produz esta superfície externa desejável mediante a criação de uma pele fina e rasa de polímero reticulado sobre o material compósito. Preferivelmente, uma radiação ultravioleta de curta duração de faixa baixa a média é usada para reticular os polimeros apenas uma curta distância para o polímero, de modo que as propriedades da massa do polímero e a massa do material compósito molecular permaneçam imutáveis, porém a pele rígida e estável formada sobre a superfície externa proporciona durabilidade e processabilidade ao produto de material compósito inteiro.
