Abstract
"FORMULAçõES DE PéLETE ESFéRICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparar péletes esféricos compreendendo (a) um ingrediente ativo solúvel em água solúvel, livremente solúvel ou muito solúvel; e em particular tendo uma solubilidade em água de <242> 0,5 g/mL; (b) um agente de esferonização; (c) um lubrificante seco, o referido método compreendendo preparar uma mistura do ingrediente ativo, o agente de esferonização, o lubrificante seco; e uma quantidade de água que é menor do que 5%, p/p relativa ao peso total da mistura; extrusar a referida mistura para obter um extrusado; e esferonizar o extrusado para formar péletes esféricos. A invenção também refere-se aos péletes obtidos por este processo e formas de dosagem orais de liberação prolongada contendo os referidos péletes.
