Abstract

"JUNTA TUBULAR ROSQUEADA, E, PROCESSO DE REALIZAçãO DE UMA JUNTA ROSQUEADA TUBULAR ESTANQUE". A invenção se refere a uma junta tubular rosqueada de altos desempenhos que compreende um primeiro elemento tubular macho (11) e um segundo elemento tubular fêmea (12) mutuamente unidos por atarraxamento. Um dos elementos tubulares (11, 12) compreende um lábio não rosqueado (38; 5) que se estende entre seu rosqueamento e sua extremidade livre e que apresenta uma superfície de estanqueidade (40; 7) em contato estanque com a superfície confrontante (41; 8) do outro elemento depois de atarraxamento, expansão diametral e depois geração de forças de retorno elástico dos primeiro e segundo elementos tubulares. A junta compreende uma pequena luva tubular (34; 36) própria para ser enfiada antes de atarraxamento sobre o segundo elemento (12), posicionada para se estender axialmente essencialmente em frente ao dito lábio (3; 5) e, depois de expansão diametral, que gera uma força de retorno elástico que se adiciona àquela do segundo elemento para contrariar a força de retorno elástico do primeiro elemento realizando assim devido a isso pelo menos o guarnecimento do secundo elemento pela pequena luva tubular.
