Abstract

"SISTEMA DE LIBERAçãO OSMóTICA COM MECANISMO DE POTêNCIA DE IMPULSO DE ORDEM ZERO INICIAL COMPREENDENDO UM AGENTE OSMóTICO DISPERSO NO VEìCULO FLUIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um mecanismo osmótico útil em um sistema de liberação osmótica para liberação de um agente benéfico em uma maneira controlada durante um período de administração pré-selecionado. Ao incluir um mecanismo escoável compreendendo no mínimo um agente osmótico e no mínimo um veículo fluido, o mecanismo osmótico resultante rapidamente atinge potência de impulso ou índice de impulso de ordem zero e proporciona liberação estável do agente benéfico.
