Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA ELIMINAR REBARBAS DE EXTREMIDADE DE UM CILINDRO OU SIMILAR". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo que compreende: um trajeto (12) para os produtos, se estendendo de posição de entrada de produtos e rebarbas e uma posição de distribuição de produto, as rebarbas sendo removidas entre as ditas duas posições; ao longo do dito trajeto, um elemento flexível móvel (3) para reter e mover os produtos e as rebarbas, e um elemento fixo em oposição longitudinal (13) para reter as ditas rebarbas (R) se estendendo ao longo do dito trajeto paralelo à primeira ramificação do dito elemento flexível, em uma distância dele para permitir que os produtos avancem em contato com o dito elemento flexível e com o dito elemento longitudinal fixado; pelo menos um propulsor (15) móvel ao longo de uma trajetória de alimentação, para alimentar a série de produtos com as rebarbas respectivas para o dito trajeto (12). O propulsor alimenta os produtos e as rebarbas entre o elemento flexível e o elemento longitudinal flexível. A trajetória de alimentação do propulsor intersecta o trajeto dos produtos entre o elemento flexível (3) e o elemento longitudinal fixado (13), sobrepondo-se no estiramento final ao trajeto dos produtos em contato com o dito elemento e o dito elemento longitudinal fixado.
