Abstract

"MéTODO PARA FLOCULAR UMA CéLULA DE BACILLUS E/OU REMOVER CONTAMINANTES DE PESO MOLECULAR ALTO". Um método para flocular um microorganismo e/ou remover contaminantes de peso molecular alto a partir de um caldo de fermentação, compreendendo adicionar um sal divalente ao caldo de fermentação compreendendo um glicosaminoglicano de interesse depois que o microorganismo e/ou os contaminantes de peso molecular alto são removidos, em que o dito microorganismo produz o glicosaminoglicano de interesse.
