Abstract

"FRALDA TIPO CALCINHA (FRALDA TIPO SUNGA) E ESPAçO VAZIO PARA PRé-MOLDAGEM DA MESMA". Uma fralda tipo sunga, compreendendo partes da pré-circunferência de tipo cinta (4, 4<39>) localizadas verticalmente, e uma parte de pré-braguilha de tipo cinta (5) localizada entre as partes da pré-circunferência e dispostas com recessos substancialmente na forma de V (6) nos lados frontal e traseiro do corpo, respectivamente. Um absorvente está disposto em um precursor substancialmente retangular de fralda tipo sunga (1) em que as aberturas de préperna (7) são feitas como furos substancialmente em forma oval, a partir da parte de pré-braguilha (5) lado a lado das partes de pré-circunferência (4, 4<39>) em posições simétricas com relação ao eixo simétrico de linha do precursor (1). O precursor (1) está dobrado verticalmente ao longo da linha X-X de centro (eixo simétrico da linha do precursor da fralda tipo sunga) de modo que as partes de pré-circunferência (4, 4<39>) e a parte de pré-braguilha (5) estão sobrepostas. Subseq³entemente, as partes de borda de lado (4a, 5a), nelas estão ligadas para formar uma abertura de cintura, obtendo, assim, uma fralda tipo calcinha na qual junções (11, 11) são formadas nos corpos frontal e traseiro e não existe nenhuma junção nos corpos esquerdo e direito da área da circunferência.
