Abstract
"CéLULA ELETROQUìMICA". Uma célula alcalina tendo um anodo compreendendo zinco, uma solução de eletrólito alcalina, um separador, e um catodo contendo óxido de cobre-prata AgCuO~ 2~, ou Ag~ 2~Cu~ 2~O~ 3~, desejavelmente em mistura com MnO~ 2~. O catodo preferivelmente também inclui um carbono grafítico para melhorar a condutividade elétrica. O carbono grafítico pode compreender grafitas naturais ou sintéticas, incluindo grafitas expandidas e fibras de carbono grafítico.
